Is Bluewater a broker?

No, Bluewater is a software company that specialies in futures trading solutions. If you need broker recommendations email support at support@bluewatertradingsolutions.com.

What are the Bluewater platform fees?

We offer several fee levels depending on the features you need. See the Pricing section for details.

How much money do I need to get started trading Futures?

Many futures contracts require only a small margin. The Micro futures contracts on the CME Group exchanges requires less than $100 per contract depending on your broker. Plan on funding your live account with about $2,500 to trade Micros.
Coinbase futures start extremely small and requires even less and you can get started with about $1000.

Is futures trading risky?

Yes, but Bluewater helps you learn safely with clear tools and simulated trading. Even when you have your live account connected you can still mix sim trading and live trading as much as you want.

Do I need prior experience?

No. This page is designed to guide you from zero to confident. If anything is unclear you can always call our support and speak to a person who can guide you.

Can I place bracket orders in Bluewater?

Yes, the platform supports simple bracketing with breakeven and trail behaviors but also advanced Entry/Exit order strategis where you can create multi-layer order management.

I have my own trading system, can I automate that in Bluewater?

If you can setup the charts and studies in Bluewater so that you can manually trade the system then you can automate it using our Strategy Builder.
